Complaint sent to @SharafDG and @iHome

I sent my complaint about Sharaf DG Bahrain to their twitter account @sharafdg, posted a link to this blog on their Facebook page and sent them a complaint using the "contact us" part of their website. Here is the response from Sharaf DG so far....

I also sent iHome a message of complaint via their webpage and posted a link to this blog on their Facebook page and Twitter account @iHome. So far, no response.

Will update this blog of any developments.
