Update on complaint with @GUESS Bahrain

Further good news. First of all, Seef Mall sent me a message via Facebook as follows:


Seef Mall Dear Paul Mercer The issue has been routed to the concerned dept. It will be sorted out soon.

Also, my wife received a phone call from GUESS in Bahrain and they asked us to go to the shop to receive our refund. No explanation.

Will visit GUESS tomorrow to receive the refund and also find out what prompted this decision.
