Update on complaint with Sharaf DG

Good response so far from Sharaf DG. I received the following tweet:





Also, I received this message on Facebook



    • Sharaf DG Online Hey Paul Mercer, we have forwarded your complaint to the concerned department. We highly regret the inconvenience caused to you and will get back to you ASAP.


And, Sharaf DG customer service department in Bahrain contacted me to help me with my complaint. Overall, very good replies. Tomorrow I will provide Sharaf DG with my defective iA100 and see what the outcome is.  A positive response so far BUT will Sharaf DG fix or replace my defective iA 100? Let's see.
